Our Full Search provides comprehensive, in-depth support from writing the job description to making an offer. Our process includes a performance task, where Finalists are paid to work on a real challenge they would face in the role and submit a deliverable for your review. This exercise is uniquely designed so that you and your team can experience and assess what it would be like to work with a candidate. A typical search occurs over 3-4 months.

Planning

We will collaborate with the hiring team to understand the needs and context of the role, and define skills and core competencies needed for success. These will inform the job description and design of the selection process. Core deliverables will include:

  • Job Description

  • Hiring Profile /Competencies 

  • Search Schedule and Timeline

Launch Role

We will post the position and share the application link with your hiring team. We will process applications using our internal applicant tracking system, AirTable.

Sourcing

We will use our five-pronged approach to sourcing diverse and qualified candidates, which includes posting the role to niche job boards, direct LinkedIn outreach, database mining, an internal referral program, and client networking.

Design

In the design process, we will create role-specific selection materials needed to assess candidate fit at all interview stages. These include scripts, prompts, and post-interview surveys to help facilitate equitable debrief conversations.

Career Walk Interview (10-15 candidates)

We will conduct 60-minute interviews which will include:  

  • A career walk where candidates are asked about their most recent 1-2 roles 

  • A work sample share where candidates present a relevant artifact to showcase their skills

  • Competency-based questions to supplement any competencies not evaluated earlier

Application Review

We will review resumes for alignment with the job description criteria and the core skills identified in the planning stage.

Semi-Finalist Interview (6-8 candidates)

Candidates will engage with selected stakeholders from your organization in a virtual interview with a curated script of competency-based questions. Interviewers will complete a post-interview survey.

Phone Screen

We will conduct 20-minute informational interviews to further assess candidate alignment with the necessary skills and core competencies.

Honorarium Admin

We will process all honorarium documentation indicating the amount, an NDA, and issue payment for candidates participating in the Finalist/Performance Task once completed.

Finalist /Performance Task (~3-4 candidates)

Candidates will engage with selected stakeholders from your organization in a virtual interview that includes a mutual try-on work simulation and competency-based interview questions. Candidates will submit a work product related to the simulation within 48 hours of the interview. Interviewers will complete a post-interview survey.

Full Search Pricing

We charge a fixed fee of 25% of the annual salary for the role, which includes honorarium payments for finalist candidates.
