Elizabeth Peinado
Founder and president
Liz Peinado (she/her) is a first-gen American, first-gen college graduate, and proud Indigenous Latina. She started her career as a Teach For America corps member teaching 7th grade math in St. Louis. She spent four years as the founding Director for North Campus Partnership, an education nonprofit providing wraparound services for youth in North City, St. Louis. After more than six years working directly with young people in St. Louis, Liz moved back to Chicago and joined a national nonprofit, Saga Education, where she led the organization’s national talent acquisition strategy and execution as the organization scaled rapidly. At the start of 2022, Liz transitioned her career to consulting and now works with social impact clients across the country.
Liz holds a BA in Business Management and Ethics and Social Responsibility from Bentley University and an M.ED in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri.
Liz is the partner on all searches, leading it end-to-end and designing the selection process for the project.
