Brent Locke (he/him) previously led searches at RCG and supported clients in finding the right people to fill their open roles over the last four years. He finds matching an excited candidate who has found their dream job at an organization that needs their talents enjoyable.

Brent began his career as an elementary school teacher as a Teach For America corps member in New Orleans. He then worked as the Dean of Students at an independent school in Northern Virginia for seven years, where he designed and implemented a school-wide Social-Emotional Learning program, managed the school’s service-learning program, and led DEI initiatives around hiring practices, staff development, and school curricula. After relocating to Honduras, Brent consulted with USAID projects via Creative Associates International, and the Transforming Market Systems project, where he developed a comprehensive early childhood program, managed distance learning responses to COVID-19, and provided strategic communications support.

Brent holds a BA in Public Policy, an M.ED in Education Administration and Leadership, and is a SHRM-CP.
